About Me
My name is Bunny and I'm a Social Worker with my Bachelor and Master's degrees from the University of Maine. In between my degrees, I spent several years working with runaway and homeless youth, and I find great personal fulfillment in being an authentic and safe person for adolescents in need. I'm also an avid athlete and fitness enthusiast, with highflying dreams of integrated health and person-centered fitness into my practice. With a particular focus to community engagement, I hope to challenge paradigms keeping us from living in truth, love, and beauty.
Treatment Philosophy
My work is grounded in Person-Centered Theory—because I believe people heal in spaces where they’re seen, not managed. I show up with authenticity, because I expect the same from my clients. I value community as both a source of strength and a site of repair, and I view justice not as an abstract concept but as a necessary ingredient in the therapeutic process. My role isn’t to fix people—it’s to walk with them, hold space, and fight systems that make healing harder than it needs to be.
